FUNCTION POLICIES (CLUB CATERED)

SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Club Hire

A security deposit of $100.00 is to be lodged at the time a firm booking is made. A tentative booking made without a deposit will not be given preference in the event of another firm booking being made for the same date.

B’Bq Area Hire. A deposit of $50.00 is required, and should be paid at the time a firm booking is made

The security deposit will be refunded in full provided the following is undertaken to the satisfaction of the club staff:

  1. All breakages and/or damages have been paid for.
  2. The payment of any additional cleaning costs. This cleaning work to be carried out by the Club’s cleaners and will be charged at a rate of $16.50 per hour per cleaner.
  3. CANCELLATIONS

If a cancellation of a firm booking occurs, the security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the following:

1. Full refund -one month prior to the date of function.

2. 50% refund -two weeks prior to the date of function.

There will be no refund if less than two weeks notice is given to the club.

FUNCTION CHARGES

Security Deposit $100.00 (refundable as detailed above)

Club Hire $125.00 (non full members)

$100.00 (full members)

B’Bq Area Dep. $50.00 [ Refundable as detailed above ]

B’Bq Area Hire $50 plus $20. For Gas [ non full members ]

$30 plus $20 For Gas [ Full Members ]

Drinks NO Drinks are to be brought onto The Club Premises as this .

Contravenes Licencing Laws

**The use of confetti, glitter, crepe paper and the like is strictly prohibited, and the cleaning and removal of it will be charged as detailed above.
